Jo has been an integral part of the Sales Support team since 2010. Since joining as a Sales Support Advisor, she has also taken on the role of working alongside our Middle East sales team.

Jo works with these customers by giving a personal touch to their queries and helping with project quotation enquiries. She also maintains great relationships with our regular UK and Ireland customers.

When did you join the team? 

I became part of Team Sontay in August 2010.

What is your 'Sontay moment'?

I don’t have one single stand out moment, my greatest moments at work have always been related to solving a problem or creating a solution for a customer or colleague. Thinking outside the box solutions, and making sure your product/service solves a problem for someone is critical to having a successful day.

What is your favourite part of being at Sontay?

Working in a team environment and speaking and liaising with customers throughout the world on a daily basis.

My inspirations? 

I find inspiration in a variety of people and things, I am inspired by people who enjoy leaving their comfort zone, and do not mind venturing into the unknown.

What do you do outside of Sontay?

  • Outside of Sontay I like to attend live music events
  • I am a season ticket holder at Brighton & Hove Albion.
