Tristan joined us as a graduate in Sports Psychology to support our customers in France. He is using the skills he has learnt in sport psychology at Sontay.

When did you join the team?

I joined Sontay in May 2020 as a French Business Graduate. Then, I became France’s Sales Manager in early 2021.

What is your 'Sontay moment'? 

I stepped out of my comfort zone to embark on a big project for Sontay. This allowed me to win my promotion to the position of Sales Manager for France.

What is your favourite part of being at Sontay?

The colleagues who support me and the relationships with my clients.
