The LS-541 is intended to monitor the liquid level in a tank or vessel and provides a switched output for local alarm, pump or valve control. The differential between switching is equivalent to approximately 15mm. The unit mounts into 1 BSPT female boss. Access is not required to the inside of the tank.

Units consist of a float, which is suspended from a weighted cable. As the liquid level changes, the float follows the surface level, at the same time tilting due to its weighted restraint.
